Our motto: Treat people the way you want to be treated yourself. At Chen Coaching, we’ve all applied for jobs before. That’s why we know how frustrating the process can be and make ours as simple and quick as possible.
As part of the online application, we ask for motivational questions and an optional personality analysis.
In the interview, our main goal is to get to know you personally. Do we fit you, and do you fit us?
To help make it work, we’ll walk you through our application process.
Our Application Process
Step 1: Video interview, approx. 30 minutes (focused on your motivation)
Step 2: Zoom call or on-site meeting with 2 managers, approx. 60 minutes (personal introduction)
Step 3: Ideally, an acceptance with a concrete offer, approx. 3 minutes
Tips for Your Digital Application with Us
Our company is growing continuously. That’s why we look for new employees/partners every 6 months. For the Financial Coach / Team Assistant positions, you are welcome to apply proactively.
1) You can apply online with us—completely without a cover letter. We’ll ask you 2 motivational questions. Briefly tell us about your personality and your motivation for the job at Chen Coaching! This helps us get a better picture of you.
We also need your résumé, where you list the activities relevant to us or the job in bullet points. You can also upload or attach any job-relevant certificates directly. We are not looking for a “perfect” résumé—we focus more on your personality and on how you’ve mastered different stages in your life.
2) An even faster way is through LinkedIn. Feel free to send us your application there.
